Facilitator ● Strategist ● Culture Cultivator ● Change Process Supporter
Stephanie partners with organizations to lead strategic planning efforts that drive clarity, alignment, and action. Her design of stakeholder engagement surfaces diverse perspectives, which translates insight into meaningful next steps for clients. Through implementation, she helps teams understand how their strengths and challenges shape their ability to navigate change while supporting them through the process. Known for building strong, trust-based relationships, Stephanie asks the questions that move organizations from good to great while keeping team culture at the center of the work. Drawing on her 9-year background as a 6–12 educator, she brings deep understanding of education-based organizations and creates collaborative work experiences for all clients that are both purposeful and engaging.
Stephanie lives in West Michigan with her husband and two children. You’ll most often find them playing in the woods, digging in the dirt, and getting into too many housing and landscaping projects at once. The rest of her free time and brain space are entirely occupied by planting, watering, pruning, splitting, and scheming around perennial and vegetable gardening.
