Lauren manages compliance-driven projects by leveraging her legal background and 10+ years of experience in policy research, analysis, and development. When policy and regulatory jargon cloud execution, she marries legal and policy compliance to strategic plans and operational processes. Lauren’s equity-focused lens in facilitation and meditation with clients and other stakeholders ensures outcomes driven by inclusivity.

Lauren lives in Washington, DC where she enjoys thrifting, outdoor runs, and trying new restaurants. She is happiest spending time with her friends and family, particularly her young niece and nephew. Her favorite pastime is reading a good crime fiction novel on the sunny beaches of Costa Rica.
